About us
Who are we?
We are a non-profit association (ASBL) with an evangelical mission, known as Souls International Ministry (SIM), or in French, Ministère International des Âmes (MIA). Our organization provides a framework for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and engaging in actions aimed at winning souls.
Our Ministry operates under Congolese law, specifically governed by law n°004/2001 of July 20th, which outlines the general provisions applicable to non-profit associations and public utility establishments, as well as relevant legislation.
With an international focus inspired by Matthew 28:19: " Go, make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit ". We are committed to fulfilling the evangelical calling of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. We believe this mission is one of the reasons God has blessed our nation so abundantly.
Our mission
The mission of our Ministry is to guide sinners back to their Creator, as outlined in James 5:19-20: " 19 My brothers, if anyone among you strays from the truth and someone brings him back, 20 let him know that whoever turns a sinner from the error of his ways will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins ".
In alignment with Matthew 28:19, our goal is to make disciples of Jesus Christ from all nations, helping individuals return to their Creator and ensuring their souls are saved from Eternal Death.
We are committed to collaborating with the Holy Spirit and the teachings of the Scriptures to transform and deliver lost souls. Our aim is to ignite a renewed passion for evangelization within the body of Christ, empowering us all to fulfill this vital mission.
Our vision
The vision of our Ministry is to witness lost souls return to Christ, prepared for His glorious return, as stated in 1 Thessalonians 3:13: " May He strengthen your hearts so that you may be holy and blameless before God our Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all those who belong to Him. Amen. " We aim to achieve this through evangelistic campaigns and various outreach activities.
We envision the Church, the Body of Christ, placing evangelism at the heart of its mission, fully embracing its role as outlined in Matthew 28:19: " Go, make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. "
Our key objectives include:
- Collaborating closely with local churches, following divine guidance.
- Supervising souls won through our evangelistic efforts.
- Training and equipping evangelists to effectively fulfill their missions.
